If merchandise recieved is either not to satisfactory or damaged you may return/exchange 7 days after recieving product(s). Please note customers may pay a 15% restocking fee.  NO REFUNDS ARE GIVEN ONLY STORE CREDIT. NO RETURNS ON ANY STERILIZATION PRODUCT(S) EX. NEEDLES,GREEN SOAP, INKS, ETC.
